Hi Hockey Fans!!
This year, for the Ann Arbor Amateur Hockey Association, Brust Orthodontics will be offering complimentary custom fit mouthguards to the players. Our office has set up two nights before the hockey season starts in September, to take an impression of your hockey player’s upper teeth. Mouthguards will be custom made and delivered to either your coach or to the association after Labor Day when practices start. My son, Tucker, has been coaching the last couple of seasons with Paul Gronvall at the House Squirt level!
We will need a release form (please download below) signed by a parent/guardian so we can take the impression and fabricate the mouthguard for your player. Please Plan on bringing your player to our Ann Arbor office on either Wednesday, August 19th or Wednesday, September 2nd from 5:00pm-7:00pm to have impression taken. Our office is located at 2355 W Stadium Blvd # 1, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. I am looking forward to meeting all of you. Go Ann Arbor!
Here’s to a great season,
Dr. Eric Brust
The AAAHA Board of Directors wants to thank Dr. Brust for his generous contribution to AAAHA Membership!!
